About REPRINTED

Why we bring these decks back into print.

Out-of-print decks can be hard to find, and expensive enough that you hesitate to open them. REPRINTED brings those designs back into production so more people can use them.

The designs

We recreate the artwork as closely as we can, including the borders and smaller details. Some releases use the original colors; others are recolors. When we change the colors, we want the details to remain clear and the design recognizable.

Paper and handling

Our decks aren’t exact replicas. Older papers and finishes may no longer be available, and printing methods change. We can’t promise the same thickness, stiffness, texture or handling as the original.

We choose the card stock for each release. If a suitable paper feels close to the original, we consider it. Otherwise, we choose what suits the deck from what’s available. We’ll explain any differences in the specifications rather than promise an exact match.

The two of us

We’re Yugi Sato and Lucas Mills. We choose the decks together and take care of different parts of the work.

Yugi Sato

Co-Founder & Brand Director

Yugi handles production, works with the manufacturers, and looks after the website, sales and day-to-day business. He also runs LosT Found, a playing card shop based in Japan.

Lucas Mills

Co-Founder & Creative Director

Lucas handles the artwork, playing card design and creative direction, including recreating the original designs and developing recolors.

The archive

Each release stays in this archive after it sells out, with its artwork, photos, videos and production details.

We post previews and updates on Instagram. Available decks are sold through LosT Found.
